Track Access – Thruxton Circuit Regulations (Full Send)
All on‑track activity at Full Send is operated in accordance with Thruxton Circuit regulations. Participation is always conditional upon compliance with the following requirements and the instructions of circuit officials.
Access to the circuit is restricted to drivers who have purchased an official track access pass and have completed all required sign‑on and briefing procedures. Spectators are not permitted on the track under any circumstances.
Only road‑legal cars are permitted to use the Thruxton circuit during Full Send.
The following vehicle types are not permitted:
- Single‑seater or open‑wheel vehicles
- Motorcycles
- Vans or commercial vehicles
All vehicles must be presented in a safe and roadworthy condition and are subject to approval by Thruxton Circuit personnel.
For Full Send at Thruxton, no circuit noise limit applies, provided the vehicle is fully road legal.
Notwithstanding the above, Thruxton Circuit reserves the right to exclude any vehicle that is deemed unsafe, mechanically unsound, or otherwise unsuitable for use on the circuit.
- Drivers must be over 17 years of age
- No competition or racing licence is required
- All sessions are non‑competitive
Drivers must attend the mandatory drivers’ briefing before participating.
The wearing of an approved safety helmet is mandatory for all drivers and passengers while on track.
Vehicles must be fitted with:
- A securely mounted seat
- A functioning seatbelt or harness
- No loose items within the cabin
- No fluid leaks or obvious defects
- A suitable towing point or clearly marked towing location
Additional requirements may apply to convertible vehicles.
Passengers may only be carried where expressly permitted for the session and must:
- Be over 16 years of age
- Wear an approved helmet
- Be correctly secured by a seatbelt
Thruxton Circuit reserves the right to restrict passenger use.
All on‑track sessions are run on a non‑competitive basis.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Racing or timing
- Aggressive or dangerous driving
- Drifting on the main circuit
Failure to adhere to driving standards or marshal instructions may result in warnings, black flags, or exclusion from further track activity.
All vehicles must pass safety checks prior to accessing the circuit. Thruxton Circuit staff have the final authority on whether a vehicle is permitted to run.
Thruxton Circuit and the event organisers operate a strict safety policy. Any participant failing to comply with circuit regulations or official instructions may be removed from the circuit or event without refund.
Track access is non‑refundable and non‑transferable, including in cases of mechanical failure, exclusion, or breach of regulations.
