General Admission
General Admission tickets allow access to the event during the open hours on the day(s) for which you have purchased tickets (only during the published event opening hours).
Free admission for anyone 15 or under, but they must still have a ticket and be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN REPLICA/SELF-BUILD VEHICLE FOR DISPLAY, INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLUB DISPLAY BOOK THE DISCOUNTED TICKET BELOW.
Replica or Self-Build Display Driver
If you are bringing your own Replica or Self-Build Festival vehicle for display in the ‘Owners Paddock’ you qualify for a discounted entry ticket (please note that any accompanying passengers will need to be in possession of a full price ticket).
Weekend Camping
Avoid the traffic and queuing – arrive on the Friday and enjoy a full weekend of additional entertainment!
The camping fee is per pitch for a maximum of 6 people per pitch.
Please note that each person camping must be in possession of a weekend general admission/dsiplay driver ticket.
Please also note that we are hiring in showers, toilets, lighting, generators and security for the camping area to ensure a great experience for all.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable.
Please note the following terms:
- A £2.00 admin fee applies to all ticket purchases (included within the ticket price). This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling.
- Ticket price is inclusive of VAT.
- Tickets cannot be refunded due to changes in personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or double bookings.
- In the unlikely event that Replica & Self-Build Festival is cancelled by the organiser, we will provide information on any applicable refund or transfer options. The £2.00 admin fee will remain non-refundable.
- If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for scheduling changes.
