Press & Media Access Application Process
CARSHOWCO welcomes accredited media professionals to cover our events. To ensure smooth access and maintain event security, all press and media representatives must complete the following application process:
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Provide the following details, by email to marketing@carshowco.com
- Full name and contact information
- Media outlet or platform name
- Role (journalist, photographer, videographer, influencer, etc.)
- Links to recent work or portfolio
- Coverage plan (e.g., article, video, social media content)
Step 2: Provide Supporting Documentation
- Valid press credentials or proof of professional affiliation
- For freelancers: a letter of assignment from a recognised publication or platform
- For influencers: social media handles and engagement metrics
- Proof of Public Liability Insurance for no less than £5m
Step 3: Review & Approval
Applications are reviewed by the CARSHOWCO media team.
Approval is based on relevance, reach, and alignment with event objectives.
Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email with details on:
- Media badge collection
- Event access zones
- On-site media facilities
Step 4: On-Site Check-In
Collect your media badge at the Press Desk upon arrival.
Bring a valid photo ID matching your application details.
Important Notes:
Applications must be submitted at least 14 days before the event.
Media badges are non-transferable.
CARSHOWCO reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet criteria.
