Motorsport Expo welcomes enquiries from clubs, communities, creators and organisations interested in partnering with us during the event.

We recognise the important role that communities, volunteer groups and content creators play in the wider motorsport ecosystem, and we value meaningful collaboration.

Stand space at Excel London carries significant commercial value and is primarily allocated to paying exhibitors. As a result, any complimentary or partnership allocation is limited and assessed carefully on a case-by-case basis.

We will consider applications where there is clear, measurable promotional, commercial or community benefit to the event.
