These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events organised by Car Show Co Ltd (“Car Show Co”, “the Organiser”, “we”, “us”).

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Admission & Entry

1.1 A valid ticket must be presented for entry.

1.2 Tickets are valid only for the specific date(s) purchased.

1.3 Admission is subject to compliance with venue regulations and security procedures.

1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual without refund where deemed necessary for safety, security or operational reasons.

1.5 Re-entry may be subject to security checks.

2. Venue

The event is held at Excel London.

All visitors must comply with:

  • Excel London venue rules
  • Fire and safety regulations
  • Security screening requirements
  • Any instructions given by venue staff or the Organiser

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

3. Ticket Sales – No Refund Policy

3.1 All ticket purchases are final.

3.2 Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

3.3 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal circumstances
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Programme or feature changes
  • Weather conditions
  • Queue times
  • Missed sessions
  • Refusal of entry due to non-compliance

3.4 In the event the entire event is cancelled by the Organiser, liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket only. Booking fees are non-refundable.

4. Event Programme & Content

4.1 The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Amend schedules
  • Change speakers, drivers, features or attractions
  • Adjust floorplans or layouts
  • Modify Live Action Arena timings

4.2 All content, features and attractions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

4.3 The presence of specific vehicles, personalities or brands is not guaranteed unless expressly stated as contractual.

5. Race Licence / Competitor Tickets

5.1 These tickets are available exclusively to current competition licence holders issued by recognised governing bodies including Motorsport UK and affiliated ASN organisations.

5.2 A valid licence number must be provided at purchase.

5.3 Physical licence documentation must be presented upon entry.

5.4 Failure to provide valid proof may result in refusal of entry without refund.

5.5 The Organiser reserves the right to verify licence eligibility.

6. Live Action & Arena Activities

6.1 Live Action Arena sessions involve loud noise, vehicle movement, smoke effects and pyrotechnics.

6.2 Attendees enter arena areas at their own risk.

6.3 Children must be supervised at all times.

6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to delay, pause or cancel arena sessions for safety reasons.

6.5 Arena seating is allocated subject to availability and capacity.

7. Vehicles & Displays

7.1 Display vehicles and demonstration vehicles may be started, moved or operated during the event.

7.2 Visitors must comply with safety barriers and steward instructions at all times.

7.3 The Organiser accepts no liability for personal property brought into vehicle display areas.

8. Conduct & Prohibited Items

8.1 The following are prohibited:

  • Dangerous or reckless behaviour
  • Offensive, abusive or discriminatory conduct
  • Unauthorised selling or marketing activity
  • Drones
  • Hazardous materials
  • Excessive alcohol consumption

8.2 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour poses a risk to safety, reputation or operations.

9. Photography & Filming

9.1 The event will be photographed and filmed.

9.2 By attending, you grant Car Show Co and its partners the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness and voice in:

  • Marketing and advertising
  • Social media
  • Broadcast and streaming
  • Future promotional campaigns

9.3 No compensation shall be payable for such use.

10. Liability

10.1 Visitors attend at their own risk.

10.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Damage to property
  • Injury caused by third parties
  • Travel or accommodation expenses

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.

11. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement or alteration due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Government regulation
  • Public health emergencies
  • Extreme weather
  • Industrial disputes
  • Venue closure
  • National security concerns

12. Ticket Resale & Commercial Use

12.1 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission.

12.2 Tickets used for promotional giveaways must have prior approval.

12.3 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of unauthorised resale.

13. Children

13.1 Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

13.2 Certain areas (including VIP hospitality) may have additional age restrictions.

14. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Car Show Co Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
